At EXP Auto Parts, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Accepted Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Non-defective products (if they meet the above eligibility conditions)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you may return the original item and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Returns must be sent by mail to the return address provided after your request is approved.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return is received.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • We will notify you via email once the refund has been issued.
